I brought my 2011 Ford Flex Limited to Coulter after someone backed a large SUV into the side of it while it was parked. I purchased my vehicle used (sorry pre-owned) from Coulter. I have taken it back several times for some small repair items. Every time I've taken it in I have dealt with Ed Stralko a have come away ex Coulter. I have taken it back several times for some small repair items. Every time I've taken it in I have dealt with Ed Stralko a have come away extremely pleased. Today I had a couple of small electrical issues. Ed got me in right away. He arranged for a loaner saying with having to order parts the repair may take most of the day. The job was done quicker than expected and was better than expected. Ed even had someone buff out a few minor scratches that I had on the nose of the car. Ed has always gone out of his way to provide excellent customer service and has definitely gained my business for Coulter in the future. Thanks Ed! More
