I brought my 2011 Ford Flex Limited to Coulter after someone backed a large SUV into the side of it while it was parked. These guys worked with me and the insurance company and made sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction the first time. My car came out of the shop looking better than it did when I bought it! These guys know how to take their time and make sure every detail was repaired right. I purchased my vehicle used (sorry pre-owned) from Coulter. I have taken it back several times for some small repair items. Every time I've taken it in I have dealt with Ed Stralko a have come away ex Coulter. I have taken it back several times for some small repair items. He arranged for a loaner saying with having to order parts the repair may take most of the day. The job was done quicker than expected and was better than expected. Ed even had someone buff out a few minor scratches that I had on the nose of the car. Ed has always gone out of his way to provide excellent customer service and has definitely gained my business for Coulter in the future. Thanks Ed! More
