My review is to complement the exemplary service of Sam Mendoza who is my Service Advisory at this dealership and to acknowledge his professionalism and overall performance regarding my 2014 Cadillac ELR, Mendoza who is my Service Advisory at this dealership and to acknowledge his professionalism and overall performance regarding my 2014 Cadillac ELR, Hybrid, 2 door sporty coupe. He is amazing, awesome and treated us with the utmost respect and went over and above to make sure my vehicle was serviced with meticulous care. He got me a rental car through Hertz for approximately 4 days because of the lengthy process with my worthless warranty company, AGW (American Guardian Warranty) and the hoses, parts that had to be ordered as my vehicle is a hybrid, 2014 Cadillac ELR, a sporty 2 door coupe which I'm looking to replace here shortly, although this process was extremely lengthy from 06/25/25 - 07/12/25 (over 2 weeks it was not any fault of Mr. Mendoza's) when I got my car back as my husband went and picked up my vehicle. Mr. Mendoza did everything within his authority to get us a good price and looked for discounts to help us. I am extremely pleased with the care and concern he took in taking care of my vehicle needs as he has done several times before and I will continue to bring my vehicle into this dealership for him to handle all of my car needs. The staff within itself is very friendly and accommodating. I did leave a detailed message for his Manager, Michael as of 07/24/25, Thursday to let him know how amazing Sam is but never received a returned call, however I felt that someone in Management should be cognizant of his skills which are anything short of immaculate. Thank you, Sam for always taking good care of us, being very accommodating and cheerful and we will be in to give you a gift to show our appreciation for a job well done. She is driving and performing like a Boss on the streets! We truly appreciate you and will continue to trust you with my baby! More

I recently visited Coulter Cadillac for what should have been a simple oil change, and I won’t be returning after this disappointing experience. The service department’s lack of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made what should have been an easy process unnecessarily frustrating. At drop-off, I provided all the necessary details, including my maintenance contract. Basic tasks like verifying the contract and recording my truck’s mileage were mishandled, and despite having three hours to confirm payment through my service contract, the team failed to do so. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was told the payment hadn’t been received, and I had to resolve the issue myself by contacting the service contract provider. Pricing was also an issue. I was charged more than the amount listed on the dealership’s website, and when I questioned the discrepancy, the service manager incorrectly claimed the charge included a tire rotation—something I hadn’t requested. His dismissive response and lack of accountability only added to my frustration. This experience left me questioning the integrity of the service performed and the dealership as a whole. From start to finish, it felt like the priority was upselling and deflecting responsibility, rather than providing honest and professional service. I’m sharing this experience to help others make informed decisions. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend Coulter Cadillac’s service department. More

Tim has been nothing but a great service provider with top notch customer service. I’ve had a couple issues with my Sierra and he had them fixed under warranty, no questions asked & back on the road in no top notch customer service. Worse service department: Wed, Oct 23: dropped off XT4-2 X for same reason: tick, tick in dash...car is only a month old Told service adviser Hodder rode trip to souther AZ planned for the next day. No loaner available so sent to Enterprise; rental was far below standard of an XT. Morning of 24th, called Hodder requesting authorization for rental upgrade; promised a call back, never got it. Cancelled a double birthday celebration because rental not suitable for over the road trip. Friday, October 25th Hodder again ignored VM requesting repair update status. Monday, Oct 28th: Text notification car is ready for pick up; not even courtesy of a phone call. At pick up questioned Hodder why he had not returned phone call or VM let alone not made a personal call advising car ready for pick up; he just ignored questions. Good customer service!! Sept 25th, day of sale; sales person, Juan Medidna, along with GM, Paul Glans expanding how important the customer is...ha, ha An email to GM Glans on Friday the 25th elicited a phone call from him on vacation in Jackson Hole WY. No apology for trip cancellation or not getting a rental upgrade. Just a request that in the future for better service to deal directly with him. Would think that a Cadillac dealership that has been in the Valley as long as Coulter customer service standards would be higher. That's the last Coulter Cadillac will see of us!!! More
Took my GMC here for service because a message appeared that stated Reduced Engine Power and the service engine light came on. They advised of a total of approx $1100 to fix my vehicle. Picked it up, paid, that stated Reduced Engine Power and the service engine light came on. They advised of a total of approx $1100 to fix my vehicle. Picked it up, paid, drove away less than 10 minutes down the road white smoke appears, i turn back around and take it right back. The attendant i was working with Allan has me wait while they have someone re-check it, he comes back in about 15 mins saying "bad news" something about a piston and overall i need a new engine, after i just literally paid over 1k for a supposedly fixed car. AVOID THIS GMC SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!!!! More
