Both Bill and Debbie made our experience at Coulter Cadillac painless. I left their location feeling like I was truly taken care of and that I got a great deal on the exact car I wanted. Bill has a wealth of knowledge and did not pursue the high pressure sales tactics I am used to. Debbie has been doing financing for quite awhile and you can tell. 2005 GTO Purchase I was looking high and low for a 2005 GTO that was in great condition with no kiddie mods or had been abused. I found one advertised on the web, happened to be at a dealership, not my first choice. So went to look at it not having high hopes, but once I saw it and got the story behind the car I was sold. The car was owned by a lady that traded it in on a ctsv. The car was super clean for being a 2005. I offered a low figure initially, the sales rep Bill Jurczak knew that it would be to low and let me know. I left , however returning after seeing the other gto's in the area that were about the same price yet not near as nice. I called Bill gave him my offer and he got the aproval from is managment. Calling me back quickly, saying they could do the deal. I went down they did not mess with me on the price and the transaction was smoothest I have ever expirenced. No bickering or games, the did not toy with me what so ever. Bill was a pleasure to deal with and had some really cool stories about his time in Hawaii. They made the deal easy and even offered me a free service/oil change. The car was basically flawless, one issue was the cd player did not function. Being a "as is" purchase i located and purchased a used stock unit and called bill a month after the purchase he talked to the service manager and they will recode the unit free of charge. They did and are willing to go above and beyond even on a used car purchase. More

Met with Roger Farney and was interested in a 2012 GMC Terrain. Discusssed the pricing and payment I needed. Found a Terrain and Roger said they would work out the financing. They ran 5 hard credit requests on my credit because they low balled the trade-in price and need to raise the loan to cover the negative equity. Offered me 12K for my 2012 Nissan Altima with 20K miles on it and in great condition. That was about 5 - 6K less than the Kelley Blue Book posted for the same car with the same options. Had the car for 3 days when Roger called and said they couldn't do the deal. Mike Kemp just wanted to sell me an extended warranty and GAP insurance. He lacked a straight forward approach and certainly didn't the cost of financing the deal. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If you look at their web-site all the reviews are glowing, that's because they control the information posted. Oh, did I mention the Terrain was a rental car with 29K miles on it. I found one 4K cheaper the very next day with more options and less mileage, one owner. More

Scott Magnuson, a Coulter Cadillac staff member, alerted the sales team on my behalf about the fact that I was looking for a car and the basic terms I was looking for in a deal. I had pre-approved financing through USAA and it was my goal to get a car out the door for less than my bank said it was worth, which would allow me to fiance the car 100% with no money down. A trade-in came in over a subsequent weekend that was a perfect match, and Bill Jurczak gave me a call. So confident was I in Scott's recommendation of me to Bill, and Bill's efforts in finding a perfect deal, that I basically bought the car sight unseen, went in the next day to finalize everything, and drove out one happy camper. By the end of the day, 110 of my Facebook friends agreed, I got a fantastic deal on a dependable used car, worth more than I paid for it. Yay for me!
