Excellent Experience at Coulter Cadillac My wife and I had been discussing buying a car for quite some time, but have never had the time since I work out of the country and don't spend much t My wife and I had been discussing buying a car for quite some time, but have never had the time since I work out of the country and don't spend much time at home. We woke up early Thursday morning and decided to start looking online. We fell in love with the Cadillac SRX and found a 2011 Certified Pre-Owned in perfect condition at Coulter Cadillac in Phoenix. It was only 7:15 AM, but I called in and Bill Junczak was already in the office. I told him what I had found, and in five minutes I had a call back confirming he was standing in front of the vehicle we were looking at and had the full list of specs ready to read to me. We made an appointment with him and made the two hour drive to meet him. Upon arrival, he was available and had all the specs and carfax reports for the car, showing it was low mileage and in excellent condition. Accessories, such as the wireless headphones for the entertainment system, were still new in the box from 2011! My wife and I each test drove it and went in the office to work out the deal. Bill Junczak has my highest recommendation to work with, for several reasons. He has a life of experience selling cars, but isn't the stereotypical "car salesman" that you worry of getting. We had our 16 month old with us, and he was so patient with the distractions that accompany that situation. My wife, son and I were getting hungry, and he brought out fresh-made sandwiches and drinks while we were waiting. The initial price Bill worked out was good, and to be fair, was already lower than the Kelley Blue Book price that I calculated for the specific vehicle. I told him the price I initially thought when I saw the car and minutes later, that was the price that was agreed on. Now was time to work with Mike Kemp, the finance manager. I was very happy with how easy Mike made the process. After a few minutes on his part of working into financing the vehicle, he learned that there was an imperfection on our credit report, partially our fault and partially due to a prior relationship with a bad bank. None-the-less, it was making getting an affordable loan difficult. He worked and came up with an alternate solution to finance the car for a good rate. Several phone calls later and after answering several of my questions, he had the paperwork ready to sign. Coulter Cadillac had the car cleaned up by the time the finances were complete and we were ready to go. Bill helped in moving all of our stuff from our old vehicle that was traded-in to the new one. I would more than strongly recommend Coulter Cadillac and specifically Bill Junczak and Mike Kemp to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. The entire process was easy and reassuring, and we couldn't be happier with the car. Thanks to the both of them! More

Car buying for us, in the past, has always consisted of immense sales pressure, long torturous hours and tears from time to time. Let’s just say, we’d rather be at the dentist than at a car dealership. T immense sales pressure, long torturous hours and tears from time to time. Let’s just say, we’d rather be at the dentist than at a car dealership. That was the case until our recent purchase from Bill Jurczak. We met Bill for about 20 minutes to look over our future vehicle. Right off the bat, there was a different feeling. Bill wasn’t pushy and never put the pressure on us by using the regular jargon we heard from all the other dealerships. We loved the car but wanted to sleep on it before making the big decision. We couldn’t return till early evening the next day, due to work. Bill could have easily kept the car on the lot in hopes to sell it first thing the next day. Instead, he pulled it off the lot, and had it ready and waiting for us the next evening. We spent the majority of our time with Bill, but Debbie Niles played a big part too! What could’ve taken at least an hour to go through all the financial paperwork, took all of 15-20 mins. Debbie is a delight! Exceptionally friendly and personable. She kept the paperwork going as well as the conversation! Both Bill and Debbie are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cars. They say you want to buy from the “experts”, well, we found them! Our car buying timeline: arrived at Coulter Cadillac at 6:15pm, test drove till 6:40pm, and were driving our new car home by 8:15pm! Hands down the most enjoyable experience that we’ve ever had buying a car. Everyone we met at Coulter Cadillac was extremely kind and courteous. We don’t have plans to buy a new car anytime soon, but when we do, we’re heading back to see Bill! Where we know we’ll be in good hands. More
