Worst dealership ever for any service. Plus their service guy Johnny is a LIAR. Lost $500 because he lied and said he called me for service when he never returned my call. My 2022 GMC2500 was returned from service and now it won’t start. Beyond feeling frustrated and like my truck and the servicing dealership are less than reliable I was late to work. When I dropped my tr won’t start. Beyond feeling frustrated and like my truck and the servicing dealership are less than reliable I was late to work. When I dropped my truck off for service to install components that were missing from 2022, it’s July 2023, they said they would be happy to drop me off and pick up at my place of employment. The drop off was not an issue, but they were not able to pick me up despite proving me with a text of my ET for pick up on my truck. They response was you can get an Uber. I have to say, the commercials that claim valuable customer doesn’t speak real loud to me at this point. This is the second $75,000+ truck I’ve purchased from this dealership. Back to my truck’s dashboard, it looks like a Christmas tree with multicolored light everywhere, and the battery is essentially drained. So, I imagine the work to get to the missing hoses left some mixed up backtracking. Either way, realizing mistakes happen, normally I would not be writing a negative review, but compounded with my feeling less than “valued” as a customer, unless I’m willing choosing to overspend on a vehicular, I’m not real thrilled. Thanks for reading. More
Saw a single lady coming in with a two year old car, and they got me- with 10,600 miles I guess I should’ve have needed a service on my combustion chamber or valve train- $386.00. I had THE BEST experience with Coulter Roadside Assistance because Tom was my guy and showed up early, delivered honest and helpful feedback & turned something super stressful to deal with into som Assistance because Tom was my guy and showed up early, delivered honest and helpful feedback & turned something super stressful to deal with into something that was done in less than a couple of hours, hassle free and beyond professional and kind! I HIGHLY recommend Tom from Coulter Roadside Assistance for any of your roadside needs. Tom deserves all the praise, promotions and raises as he was the most honest Cadillac technician I have ever encountered. I've owned a Cadillac since 2012 living in 3 different states and most ALL the Cadillac service technicians I have dealt with will do everything to upsell, charge extra, etc. and it's a disgusting tactic that is still used even in 2022 to scare and gaslight women into paying upwards of 100's of dollars for repairs they simply don't need. Tom set an awesome example for any of the bottom feeding service technicians who will say anything to get more $ out of their customers. TOM IS THE REAL MVP!!!!!! More
Came in for an issue on my Cadillac ATS-V that no one prior could seem to pinpoint. The service director handed me off to Britt Rivington. Britt was great with communication and would follow up with me e prior could seem to pinpoint. The service director handed me off to Britt Rivington. Britt was great with communication and would follow up with me every few days to let me know what they have found and to relay info between myself and the tech. He would also keep me looped in on the status of incoming parts, and give me pretty realistic ETAs. Overall, the whole repair took a bit longer than anticipated, but working with Britt made it quite easy and assuring with his frequent contact. My car is back now and running like new, couldn't be more satisfied! More
Poor service I have a 2015 Yukon Dinali that has had multiple problems. My customer service rep, Mark Turner, was not helpful and when he found that we called GMC I have a 2015 Yukon Dinali that has had multiple problems. My customer service rep, Mark Turner, was not helpful and when he found that we called GMC regarding the vehicle he actually seemed offended that he had to do more work for our vehicle. We ended up declining the service, and the receipt does not reflect all the work that he told us needed to be completed. Once we purchased our vehicle from this company, they have not provided us with service that is acceptable. I do not recommend utilizing this company. More
This place is a joke. If you value your time shop and maintain your vehicle elsewhere. I have been there 4 times now trying to fix a problem on a new car they sold me with old tires. maintain your vehicle elsewhere. 60 days & 9 days in the shop... I purchased a 2019 Escalade in June 27th, 2019. After two weeks I contacted my sales rep, Derrick via text to ask for help in getting my new purchase I purchased a 2019 Escalade in June 27th, 2019. After two weeks I contacted my sales rep, Derrick via text to ask for help in getting my new purchase serviced because the air for the front seats were not working at all. He ignored my text and never responded. I contacted the service department. The problem was the air conditioned drivers and passengers seat did not work. I had the 2015 Escalade prior to this purchase and the seats were ice cold. I took the car in. Several days later they returned my car and not only did they not fix the air but returned the car without re-attaching the back of the drivers seat. Finally getting back into the service department a week and a half later the service department definitely re-attached my chair... but messed up the wiring in the drivers seat. Now if you select the option to turn the air on for the drivers seat the back of the seat gets uncomfortably hot to the point where you cannot sit against it. I’m not the only driver of my vehicle and have had the awful heat pointed out to me. I hate this car. 9 days of my lifetime with it has been at Coulter Cadillac’s service department. It’s incredibly inconvenient. It’s not close to my house. I can’t even take it back a third time because they keep making it worse. If I were to take it in a third time I’d probably get a car returned without a drivers seat all together. Had I known the air didn’t work in the seats I’d have never purchased the car. That is a key selling feature when living in AZ. Also, I wouldn’t spend $70,000 on any car without getting every feature I wanted. Super frustrated with this entire situation. Prior to this purchase no one could have every changed my mind on buying anything else not anywhere else. I will never buy another Cadillac nor will I ever purchase from or recommend Coulter Cadillac Tempe AZ. More
Service Ripoff Several weeks ago my water pump went out in my 2010 Cadillac CTS. I had my car serviced at this location a year ago and was completed ripped off but Several weeks ago my water pump went out in my 2010 Cadillac CTS. I had my car serviced at this location a year ago and was completed ripped off but clearly I did not learn my lesson. However, after this experience I will never go back!!! I called and made an apt with Angie the service manager for a Saturday morning. She was friendly and told me they will look into and call me back. My Dad who had previously been a mechanic, said the water pump should be $100.00-$150.00 and then a few hours of labor. He thought it would cost between $300.00-$500.00 MAX! However, Angie called and told me it was be over $950.00 (this includes 140 just to run the diagnostic which I agreed to ) but that means the water pump and labor was over $800.00. I told her that was absolutely crazy and I wanted to call around. I made some calls and found a reputable shop that put in an AC Delco water pump and labor for $308.00 tax included. When I called and told Angie that I wanted an AC Delco, not a GM waterpump, she told they do not use 3rd party or after market parts GM parts only....REALLY? That is funny because I called several other Cadillac dealerships and they quoted me with a GM part and an AC Delco part. After reading many reviews it appears this is a common theme in their service dept. I will never go back and I would discourage others unless you have unlimited funds and money is not an option. Needless to say, shopping around instead of just letting them try to pressure you into something I was able to save $508.00. More
Ridiculous customer service You should be able to trust your dealer to make things right when their techs mess something up on your car. Not this place.
