Purchase of 2006 Toyota 4runner SR5 Overall my experience with my purchase was good. The day following my purchase, the battery was dead. I requested, and received a copy of the work order (#475767) to determine was Coulter did to the vehicle in preparing it for sale. The work order showed the maintenance work performed. In addition, the work order detail showed the "front and rear tires are going to discount tire to get replaced". Upon inspection, the front tires appeared abit worn. I took the vehicle to Discount Tire for evaluation. They determined the tread life remaining was 5/32 and 6/32. I was uncomfortable with the remaining life and had the front tires replaced ($348.00). As I stated, I am satisfied with the vehicle I purchased at Coulter, however, I am not satisfied with reconditioning of the vehicle prior to its sale. He introduced us to Ken Bowers (Sales Consultant). Ken is without a doubt the best sales agent we have ever had the pleasure of knowing or working with. He welcomed us into the world of Buick, and walked the path with us. He was there to explain, answer, and guide us along. He was wonderful with his experience and product knowledge. We actually felt like we were not only working with professionals in Greg and Ken, but friends forever. Ken is an exceptional employee who exhibits all the best qualities a client or customer, or friend could want. We thank him so much. His trademark white gloves experience will always be with us. Car buying has always been a difficult project for me, as evidenced by the fact that it had been 8 years since my last. But I shouldn't stress out so much as buying a new car at Coulter Motors has always bee evidenced by the fact that it had been 8 years since my last. This new Buick Enclave was the fourth car I had purchased in the last 15 years and all have been from Coulter. They make a difficult (for me) experience very pleasant. I saw an ad on Autotrader for a low mileage Kia Sorento to Coulter Cadillac. The car that I was considering was all that I expected and fair offer was made for my trade. I really appreciated being spoken to in an intelligent and respectful manner as well the no pressure environment. No games were played. I picked up the car the next afternoon. There were several deals going to the finance manager ahead of me causing me to wait, but that couldn't be helped. More

From the moment I was greeted on the lot by Joe Lopez until the time my husband and I left with our new purchase, the experience was great! Tempe.
