They don’t seem to be able to get the updates needed on recalls through Nissan, and that part I understand. It’s the lack of communication from the various service managers that make me rate this dealership low. Numerous trips there to accomplish nothing. Will be going to another dealership for service going forward. More

Dealer low xxxxx your trade in value to compensate for selling at invoice , also dealt with a salesman David trying to tell me the dealer wasn’t making any money on that unit a new 2022 Nissan Armada, the selling at invoice , also dealt with a salesman David trying to tell me the dealer wasn’t making any money on that unit a new 2022 Nissan Armada, the dealer as well as myself knows here is a holdback option of 2.8% off of the invoice or MSRP, $1500-$2000 of profit, also offered me $17,000 for my trade in, carfax reported cars like mine was selling for $20,200 -$22,000, I made no effort to try and reduce the holdback option the dealer they can have it 100%, and I would have taken $18,500 for my trade or $18,000 prior to yesterday, they raised the price by $500, was at the dealer yesterday no one approached me ,was there 30 minutes, I then called to talk to the GM Mr Reese and left my number as well as numerous emails none were returned, let’s do the numbers a possible $2000 profit for on the new car, another possible $2000 profit on the used car, I’m counting a reconditioning cost, a doc fee of $265 with a net overall profit of $4265, this in my opinion was fair. these folks are crooks and criminals, they get high ratings from people they have taken advantage of and not a educated car buyer. Thanks Cris Fry. More
Was in and out service in less than 50 minutes. Megan is super nice and the service techs only fix and do what needs done. Prices are fantastic less than $65 for an oil change and tire rotation.
