Service call-Outstanding customer service I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, and after having the vehicle towed to the dealership via onstar, I worked with Kevin who was hands down the most k I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, and after having the vehicle towed to the dealership via onstar, I worked with Kevin who was hands down the most knowledgeable and helpful service employee I've ever dealt with at ANY dealership. He took a potentially disastrous mechanical issue and turned it into an experience that will ensure my business in both service and new car sales for a very long time. Genuine caring and professionalism is becoming more and more rare but Coughlin Chevrolet is far ahead the curve. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. More

I've been promised calls backs about issues they do not return calls. I will go in with a concern on the vehicle they tell me that it is not doing that and the codes are not coming up on the machine then within a few months I get a recall notice. I've been in the process of trying to trade it in and they want to completely low ball me and not very accommodating when it comes to price of new car. I purchased car outright to not have a payment and now I am forced into one because of GM's crappy made car. After this I will never go to Coughlin anywhere again. More

What should have been a one time deal taking only a half hour turned into three visits because of parts not being on hand like they should have been and wrong parts ordered etc. They said they will call once the correct part comes in in 3-4 days, and they didn't call us until a few weeks later. Customer service is terrible and inefficient, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. More
Scheuled a routine oil change a week in advance of my upcoming trip. When I arrived for my appointment 11/7/2012 I was told it was not in the book and that they did not have time to complete my service upcoming trip. I took my vehicle to this dealership for the first time because the dealer where I bought it was closed. The service department was exceptional! Very friendly and eager to help me. I worked with the Servic because the dealer where I bought it was closed. The service department was exceptional! Very friendly and eager to help me. I worked with the Service Director, Jim Knight, who helped take care of the routine service. He loaned me a car to run some errands and had mine ready when I returned. I will recommend this store to my friends and associates. More
