Made an online service appointment on a Saturday for Monday morning. Arrived a bit early and was immediately welcomed by the service writer. Explained the situation I was having, went into the waiting a Monday morning. Arrived a bit early and was immediately welcomed by the service writer. Explained the situation I was having, went into the waiting area and within 10 minutes the service tech had identified and repaired the problem. Received a complimentary multi-point inspection, alignment check, and vehicle wash. Very pleased with this encounter! More
Called three times to follow up on my last visit as they were going to check with corporate about the tear in the driver side upholstry. It has been two weeks and no word from them. I arrived for the service on my vehicle and checked in with the service department. I get a phone call from the dealership about 30 minutes later telling me they are unable to do the service on my car be with the service department. I get a phone call from the dealership about 30 minutes later telling me they are unable to do the service on my car because they didn't have the part. To me this seems like having the part before you schedule the customer is a no brainer. Very disappointed that I drove 20 miles for nothing. More
