Oil change/air bag inspection Johnny at Matt Taylor Kia was our salesman. I went in to buy a new Kia SUV downsizing from a van. I was very reluctant about this and Johnny sensed th Johnny at Matt Taylor Kia was our salesman. I went in to buy a new Kia SUV downsizing from a van. I was very reluctant about this and Johnny sensed that even though I never said it. Instead of making the sale off a new car he had a newly used Chevy Traverse SUV. It was totally loaded and exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love it. Johnny did follow up calls after the sale to make sure I was satisfied. This most recent visit was for a scheduled oil change. I also had a service air bag warning light come on and they did a through inspection on that. It has to be fixed at the Chevy Dealership (it’s still under warranty) but Matt Taylor Kia service department printed out and went over every step of the repair. They were amazing. I would recommend them to anyone anytime. More

Oil changes. When I bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot from Brian Metzler last year I was told I got free oil changes for 4 years. I've had 2 oil changes so far and each When I bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot from Brian Metzler last year I was told I got free oil changes for 4 years. I've had 2 oil changes so far and each time the service folks have treated me extremely well. They showed me to the waiting area and told me to make myself comfortable and to enjoy some snacks they have for customers. I didn't have to wait long and the lady came and got me and said, keys are in your Jeep, We washed it for you and the change oil light has been reset. She then pointed out my tires were still in Great shape with plenty of tread left on them. I was in and out of their service center within 45 minutes.
