Major problem solved When my Soul came down with a broken catalytic converter I was at a loss. When I spoke to Alex Greenland he let me know what he could do for a price. When my Soul came down with a broken catalytic converter I was at a loss. When I spoke to Alex Greenland he let me know what he could do for a price. Even though it was still a shock it was at least more manageable, he told me to give him a couple days to see what he could do. I in the mean time spoke with Kia customer service and expressed my concerns with my situation, they gave me a case number and thats all I heard. To make a long story short Alex gave me a call to let me know that he spoke with Kia and was able to get my car fixed with no charge. I know this is not always a possibility but Alex Greenland and the service department went above and beyond to help me and my family out with an impossible expense we had no means to take care of. I will always recommend Crown Kia and their service department. I can say without a doubt that they actually care about their customers. Thank you again Alex and Crown More
