My first experience with Crown Kia of Dublin involved shopping for and purchasing 2 new 2018 model Kias--one (an Optima for my wife) in October 2017 and one (a Sportage for me) in February of 2018. The shopping for and purchasing 2 new 2018 model Kias--one (an Optima for my wife) in October 2017 and one (a Sportage for me) in February of 2018. The purchase experience for both was very pleasant and satisfactory. We got the exact color and equipment/accessory packages that we wanted without any delay or haggling. Getting the Sportage equipped as desired required "importing" the vehicle from a dealer located in the same state but at some distance--this was done quickly and efficiently. The pricing was competitive and acceptable and the paperwork process was acceptably minimal and quick. At the time of purchase we were introduced to the Service Department Managers, and they have taken great care of our vehicles and us for routine maintenance (NO Repairs have been required!) ever since. [It should be noted that being taken care of by the Service Manager himself is a pleasant surprise compared to other dealers I have worked with.] I usually wait for the service events to be performed and have enjoyed the prompt and friendly first name greeting I have received for each of the efficient and competent service events, the comfortable and amenable waiting area, and personal escort to a freshly washed car when the service event is over. I find the dealer's "quality control" follow-up procedures for each service event to be a positive action albeit a bit time consuming. Many dealers tell you that they want to "earn your business"--Crown Kia of Dublin DOES earn your business! More

Alex and his team did an amazing job with my Kia, I took it in for a noise I had been dealing with for a couple months and they told me what they expected was wrong with it, so they ordered parts and got me it in for a noise I had been dealing with for a couple months and they told me what they expected was wrong with it, so they ordered parts and got me in quick to fix it. Once I got my car back over the weekend it started to make a noise again and added a different issue due to them receiving a bad part (not their fault), when I called Alex I felt like he made me a priority and got my car in right away to look into the issue deeper. He kept me informed the whole time and assured me that the second time my car would not leave their hands without it being noise free. They were willing to work with my schedule and helped make sure my car was ready before it went on a long car ride. I appreciate them not giving up and helping me fix the noise. More

Crown Kia is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. I came in without an appointment for an oil change last minute and they were able to get me in before my trip. It did take a little longer then nor I came in without an appointment for an oil change last minute and they were able to get me in before my trip. It did take a little longer then normal, but it was ok because I knew I didn't have an appointment. Thanks for getting me in for my trip.
