Celebration Kia of Dublin - Service Center

I have a 2012 kia optima, the service I receive at crown kia is awesome and it is due to Richard Snyder. He is always polite, professional and very helpful. I live in New Albany Ohio so the drive to thi kia is awesome and it is due to Richard Snyder. He is always polite, professional and very helpful. I live in New Albany Ohio so the drive to this dealership is about 20-25min but with the customer service he provides I willl not take my vehicle any where else for oil changes or any other issues. He always greets me with a smile and makes me feel like my vehicle is his number one priority. He is truly a asset to your company. Thank you Richard for everything. YOU ROCK!!!!!!! More

I was extremely happy with my service at Crown Kia! The staff was very friendly and worked well with my crazy schedule. The only recommendation I would have is getting these guys more loaners. To only have two available with the amount of business they do is not good for customer service. Luckily Alex was able to find me one, but I can see where this can be a huge inconvenience for those who are left without a vehicle for the day. Another thing is the techs need to be more cautious about the vehicles interior while working on it. They have a greasy job and left my seats dirty. Overall I am very impressed with Alex and his professionalism throughout the process. Building a relationship with a customer is huge and because of him I will come back for all my service needs!
