ALEX IS SUPERMAN!!!! Recently I stopped in unannounced and a service tech named Alex Greenland addressed my concerns immediately. I was having trouble connecting to my Bluetooth and Alex identified the problem, which was not my vehicle's fault. Alex has exactly what people are looking for when it comes to Customer Service. I recently stopped into crown kia to get my sorento checked out. My check engine light came on while visiting some friends in the columbus area. Alex and the whole service crew were outstanding. Alex was extremely helpful from the very first conversation we had with him over the phone. What impressed me the most was how he took the time to find out what issues we were experiencing and ga conversation we had with him over the phone. What impressed me the most was how he took the time to find out what issues we were experiencing and gave us detailed advice as to what to do with our van before we brought it in for service. Also, Charlie, the shuttle driver, was extremely friendly and made sure I made it to work on time. My experience with this Kia dealership is the best one I've had with any Kia dealership thus far. I've already mentioned this to several people. We will definitely consider coming back to Crown Kia. More
