I have an E450 motorhome and have had it in twice at this dealership First visit was to go over chassis and motor to check for any needed work and possible safety issues. Once again very pleased with the service and follow up. I would definitely recommend Coughlin. My experience was great at Coughlin in Pataskala. Tiffany the service writer was superb. Very helpful with info and very courteous! They took care of a recall on my 2016 Explorer in a timely manner. I will never buy another Ford again thanks to Ford Coughlin. I bought a 2019 Ford Fiesta in November 2019. I bought an internet special but when I got to the dealership they had sold it to someone e Coughlin. I bought a 2019 Ford Fiesta in November 2019. I bought an internet special but when I got to the dealership they had sold it to someone else. It took them forever to find me another car. Then I was in an accident and the Gap Insurance I bought refused to pay for anything on my repair. Ended up having to pay for most of the repair out of pocket. After I fixed the car and driving it for 5 months I started having issues with losing antifreeze. Come to find out I may have a blown head gasket. The service department blamed the issue on the accident so Ford could get out of covering under my warranty. They quoted me over $7,000 dollars to replace the engine. So now basically I have a car that I purchased from them 15 months ago that is nothing more than a hunk of metal. On top of that every time I took my vehicle in for service they were rude and arrogant and talked down to me. Because of this experience with Coughlin Ford in Pataskala Ohio I will never buy another Ford in my lifetime or my children’s or grand children’s lifetime More
