mirror replacement I first went to Coughlin when they were in Hebron. I took my vehicle to the Pataskala location to get a wheel bearing replaced. I just finished detai I first went to Coughlin when they were in Hebron. I took my vehicle to the Pataskala location to get a wheel bearing replaced. I just finished detailing my vehicle. They charged me for an oil change I did not ask for, PUT MY VEHICLE THROUGH THEIR CAR WASH, and.. the bearing went bad within the year. Recently had to take a vehicle in to get a mirror replace. 3-4 WEEKS AGO. Got the cost of the mirror. Scheduled the appointment with another associate to find out it was the wrong mirror and would cost me much more. It was to be in the next day and they would call me. A few days later I received a call it was in and scheduled a day off I could drop it of in the morning. Came back about 4:00pm, got my truck with the new mirror and FOUND IT WAS CONNECTED WRONG. i THOUGHT "DON'T THEY CHECK IT BEFORE TURNING OVER TO THE CUSTOMER?" I was asked if I just wanted to leave it that way!!! REALLY!!! They ordered a new mirror thinking it was bad but found out the tech did not want to try and match the wires. My friend was told it would "Be in the next day". A week later I CALLED to say I was bringing in the vehicle and did not receive a call. I was told the message was left with my friend (WHO'S NUMBER THEY DID NOT HAVE. My frIend also noticed they wrote the wrong phone number on the sheet when they reordered it. Don't know where they got the number since they already had my paper work. A week later I have my replacement mirror. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR. IF I HAVE TO GO TO A DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE, IT WON'T BE COUGHLIN (NOT THAT THEY CARE ANYWAY). EVERYONE I KNOW WILL KNOW THIS STORY!!!! THEY SUCK! More

Didn’t fix either problem. Took wife’s car in to have two service issues repaired, car has a warranty. First one was a “service engine” light other was a “service tire monitor” Took wife’s car in to have two service issues repaired, car has a warranty. First one was a “service engine” light other was a “service tire monitor” code. Mechanic only reset the service engine code and it came back on in less than 100 miles. Tire monitor code was still on when we picked it up. Good thing is, service writer (Sam) was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He told us the truth and warned us that it might come back on. More
