I took my 2021 Silverado High Country to have its first service. Before that, I’d complained several times about poor ride having issues with tire pressure changing, resetting the tire pressure sensors mul service. Before that, I’d complained several times about poor ride having issues with tire pressure changing, resetting the tire pressure sensors multiple times. Tires require 32lbs in front and 35lbs in the rear. So sure enough 2 minutes down the road I could tell the ride wasn’t the same, they rotated tires NEVER changed the pressures. Wow, isn’t there a check list? The little things people. So when I got back to town, I had to have everything adjusted.I struggle to understand how these things go over looked. More

I took my 2020 Corvette to them to install a high wing spoiler. Was supposed to be done same day. Received call from service tech indicating the paint on the rear lid was damaged as they removed the facto spoiler. Was supposed to be done same day. Received call from service tech indicating the paint on the rear lid was damaged as they removed the factory installed spoiler. The car would be sent to the paint shop for repair before installing new spoiler. Talked to them today and car is still not ready. Hopefully Monday which would be 1 week. So my new car has been damaged with fresh paint and repairs due to dealer error. Very disappointing More
