The first service of my 2020 Silverado went great. Just a standard oil change, and tire rotation that was free from GM. However, the lube tech didn’t rotate my tires. The lock lug nuts that GM installed on my model. So basically make sure the lube techs do what you asked. I know they didn’t rotate my tires because I have a small spot of plasti-dip on my passenger rear wheel. More

Everyone is always friendly and pleasant. My sales person was Kevin Richards and he is the best. While at Coughlin on Wednesday 02/19/2020 for servicing of my 2016 Buick Encore I talked to a couple of people was Kevin Richards and he is the best. While at Coughlin on Wednesday 02/19/2020 for servicing of my 2016 Buick Encore I talked to a couple of people waiting as I was. They all had Kevin when they purchased there auto and we all agreed he was so kind and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I had wanted to purchase a car at the N 21st Coughlin as I live in Hebron Ohio but when I went there no one seemed interested in helping. I ended up in Pataskala as a neighbor recommended Kevin. Extensive waiting time with a appointment We had a appointment just for a oil change and was told we also needed a couple of filters. This took over 3 hrs wait. When I contacted OnStar the other day for directions was told there was a recall for some type of filter. We will be contacting the dealership for this recall soon. More
