The first service of my 2020 Silverado went great. Just a standard oil change, and tire rotation that was free from GM. However, the lube tech didn’t rotate my tires. Extensive waiting time with a appointment We had a appointment just for a oil change and was told we also needed a couple of filters. This took over 3 hrs wait.
