Recently I had major repairs done to my 2012 Malibu including brakes, rotors, hub bearings and tires. The service advisor, Brad Richards, was very courteous and helpful. Took it back and the counter guy said sometimes that happens. Told him I wasn’t satisfied with that so he got a mechanic who said that’s the way it was before. So I asked if he worked on it.
