Tim was a good guy and helpful, but it just seemed like he fumbled over the paperwork. He had pre-determined that I would go with Huntington instead of just having a couple of options ready, so then we had to wait for him to call Chase to check with them when I wanted a second opinion. He also continunally apologized for not being a good typist on the computer, which isn't really something you want to hear when you are dealing with a pretty important contract and a lot of numbers with zeros after them. It went fine and I'm satisfied that everything is great, but it wasn't the most efficient part of the process for sure. I'll be posting a blog review of the process in the near future. I've had some interaction with Toyota's national Twitter account and I'll definitely tweet the CouglinNewark Twitter account with the blog link when it goes up. http://mvnusid.blogspot.com is my blog address if you want it. It is important that your needs are understood and met from the beginning. You have every right to expect a certain level of professionalism from the person writing your contracts. Also, how often is your website staff directory updated? I'm not seeing Tyler or Ted or you. And, the $1000 tweet deal expired on the 21st so you really should have that removed.
