Sold me a 2003 Chevy silverado with a hole in the transfer case and the transfer case actuator motor bad. bought it on 6/22 on 6/24 realized 4wheel didnt work had it to my chevrolet on 6/29 they ran transfer case and the transfer case actuator motor bad. bought it on 6/22 on 6/24 realized 4wheel didnt work had it to my chevrolet on 6/29 they ran diagnostics on it said actuator was bad put it up on lift and informed me the transfer case had a hoile in it. total cost to fix $2700. Coughlin said they wanted to mak it right an offered to pay $500. I have a picture of the hole and my dealership said it was not a new hole and had to be in there for some time, either Coughlin outright lied to me about it or never inspected the truck at all. Have contacted lawyers and General Motors about this, so Buyers Beware. More

They took our trade-in (even though I would have felt bad GIVING that car away) and got us workable payments for the car. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. More
