Good Experience I had to have a transmission replaced on a Chrysler Pacifica that I purchased from another dealer. Worked with Gene the service manager. Gene provid I had to have a transmission replaced on a Chrysler Pacifica that I purchased from another dealer. Worked with Gene the service manager. Gene provided me with options and costs. He treated me very well. Dealer provided me with a loaner even though I had not purchased the care there. It did take a little bit to get the job done (not there fault). All in all very pleased thus far with the work that has been done as well as the eagerness of the Reilly staff to help me out. More
