I've not had a proble Appreciate the New show room and service location. This morning, 05/24/2018, I'm, at home, having difficulty with a tire change. I've not had a problem in the past. I called Corwin to find out if Roadside Assistance applies with my 2017 Prius. I was put on hold and passed around to 3 different people, all supposedly customer experience trained only to be told they had to 'google' the roadside assistance contact number and I would have to call such myself. No quick solution, knowledge of important - useful information and no identifable 'care' in helping with my request. And even though it's Toyota Roadside Assistance, Corwin will not or cannot tranfer a customer straightaway. More

Last minute Service I called about 2 hours before closing for the service area and they fit me in with no problem. He was very informative and talked me into a test drive of the new Toyota CH-R( which I would never have considered since I love Camry's) but I may be a fan now!? More

Speedy & effective service I dropped my car off early this morning for an appointment & it was completed super quick! I was notified right away from Phil that my car was done.
