I have been coming to this Toyota location for years, but after my experience over the past 2 weeks I will not be returning. I came in on July 29 and saw Adam because my door on the driver side would not ope after my experience over the past 2 weeks I will not be returning. I came in on July 29 and saw Adam because my door on the driver side would not open or lock. A tech looked at my car and I was told that the wiring in the door was messed up because who I had fix it before messed things up. I was told that I needed new wiring and they would order the parts. An appointment was made on Aug 6th with Nick and on that day I dropped my car off at 8am. My car sat at the dealership all day and I never received a call so I decided to call at 4, at that time Nick told me they couldn't locate the parts and had to reschedule. I came back on Aug 13 at 8am and once again my car sat all day. When I called Nick at 3 I was told that the door lock actuator I brought in for them install while they do the wire harness wasn't working so I approved for them to install a Toyota one. I waited another 3 hours and my car still wasn't finished so I spoke to Richard, he then asked Nick why my car wasn't done. Nick states that the tech working on my car said that the wrong wires were ordered and they were too long so everything isn't working properly. Richard was kind and told Nick not to charge me for labor and only charge for the parts. I paid $467 for an actuator and my door still is not working. I have to come back again next week for a 3rd time after they order the correct wires when they should have ordered the correct ones to begin with. Im starting to feel that this $467 part they made me buy is not even needed and they are just throwing parts at me to buy and my door still is not fixed. More
They paid no attention to why the vehicle was there and never called after 2 days I called them and the service advisor went out to my car and just said ac was fine. I found that the time getting an oil change, was considerably shorter than the previous ownership. Had it been the same, I would not have returned. First and foremost, I have been bringing my vehicles to this location for many years, then through this location is on the other side of town. On this day I made an online appointment for both my Toyotas a this location for many years, then through this location is on the other side of town. On this day I made an online appointment for both my Toyotas a 99 and 2012 for 7a. I didn't request a particular service representative because I always get good service from everyone that works there, but one this day that was not the case. One service tech took and husband with the 99 and another service tech took me and the 2012. For whatever reason the two techs were not kind/professional with each other and that made my husband and myself feel very uncomfortable. I understand you may not "like" the person you have to work with, BUT you should ALWAYS treat your coworkers with kindness and professionalism in front of customers. More
