Always trying to sell something at a crazy price. A $200 air filter? Tells me tire rotation and oil change are on different schedules but sell them as a package deal? Makes no sense. Wasn't sure exactly what my car needed at this time--I just moved to the area from the East coast a couple of months earlier, and wasn't putting a lot of mileage on my car for the last few years--but the just moved to the area from the East coast a couple of months earlier, and wasn't putting a lot of mileage on my car for the last few years--but the person I dealt with (Paul Reed, I think) helped me sort it out: e.g., my car is close to 45K miles, and I wasn't sure if Toyota in general, or this particular one, recommended comprehensive services every 15K miles; but apparently some type of comprehensive service is not needed at this time, according to the detailed explanation I got from Mr Reed. Definitely a positive experience. (BTW the word counter appearing in this window is REALLY ANNOYING) More
