I ordered a car back from this dealership in September and had a very unpleasant experience with my sales lady Alyssa Covert. I got told (my mom as well got told the same thing) that I could order a new R and had a very unpleasant experience with my sales lady Alyssa Covert. I got told (my mom as well got told the same thing) that I could order a new RAV4 and personalize it with everything I want and it would take about 3-6 months to come in. A month later, I get a text/call saying my new RAV4 is here and I can come pick it up. I get to the dealership to pick up my car and basically it's not what I ordered. I ordered black interior with body molding -- the car they told me was mine had gray interior and no body molding, but instead mud guards. First off, I was at the dealership from 6pm-11pm at night, because Alyssa was helping several other people at the time instead of helping me, so it took longer than normal. I signed all the papers and then went to see my RAV4. I noticed it had gray interior, instead of the black interior I ordered. I was told at that point, there was nothing I can do about it. If I had not noticed the interior, then no one would have ever said anything about it. Long story short - Alyssa tells me that her manager changed my preference from a black interior to gray (which is not what I wanted) without her knowledge and never told me. I find her story very unlikely. Why would no one tell me they ordered a different color than I picked? I assume they figured it was close enough to what I ordered and would "make the sale" without waiting for the car I ordered to come in December. I showed up the day to pick it up and she said nothing until I questioned her. Alyssa said she would talk to her manager and get back to me about the issue. Have I heard from her since then? Nope.. no at all. I called the dealership and a Sales Manager told me you can't personalize a RAV4, but it would be more preference based and the dealership will get you close to what you want... So both my mom and I were straight out lied to, because we were told we COULD personalize the vehicle. I was told it would be customized and I would get everything I wanted. I could have easily gotten a new RAV4 from another dealership, but since they told me and my mom we could personalize a car, we went here. The one thing I really wanted in my car was the black interior, so I'm not too happy. There's nothing I can do now, but I would say my experience with Alyssa and the dealership was extremely unpleasant. I was intentionally deceived and this was a "bait and switch" transaction. I'm angry and disappointed a dealership would treat a customer that way. They have not even offered to put on the body molding I PAID for in the cost of the car when I placed the order. Clearly, they are not working with me to find a solution to all of this. Do not deal with this dealership, and if you do, don't use Alyssa....you may end up with a "bait and switch" experience More
