I brought my 2001 4Runner in for a 120,000 mile service which was friendly and prompt. Getting a car rental while my 4Runner was being serviced was pleasant surprise and definitely made the whole experien which was friendly and prompt. Paul always hustles for me so that I can get both of my Toyota vehicles into Quick Lube first. Usually, I am at the dealership no longer than approx 40 minutes after it opens, and then I am done! I have been working with Paul since 2001, and he provides outstanding service with a terrific positive attitude. I always ask for Paul because he knows what I want and enables me to get very fast Quick Lube service. On those occasions when I need additional service, he finds a technician who can start on the job immediately and ensures my vehicles are done fast and right by staying on top of the job's progress. I am very satisfied with Paul Reed and prefer him over all other service writers. He has great people skills and undoubtedly would make a super service manager. Also, keep the Landcar maintenance agreements. They are a good deal for the customer at $25 per oil change. Because of the Landcar agreements and Paul's superior service, I take my Toyotas to the dealer for all maintenance, even if it is somewhat more expensive in some cases. Would appreciate discount coupons with long or no expiration dates, particularly to reward long term customers. One of my Toyotas will need to have its timing belt replaced in the near future, and I could use some help with paying for this expensive maintenance event. More
The only unfortunate thing about my visit was the time it took for things to be done I guess I shouldn't try to have servicing done on a holiday; lots of customers and not enough technicians. We bought an 07 4 runner from a different dealer that the warranty was about to run out so we were in a hurry to get a few minor things fixed. There was a rear cup holder that didn't work and the radio would warranty was about to run out so we were in a hurry to get a few minor things fixed. There was a rear cup holder that didn't work and the radio would scramble randomly. We also needed another set of key and fob. We bought the key and fob and where we bought from called saying they found another set. So we took back the fob to Charlie who took care of us and we decided to exchange it for another product. They replaced the radio when it came in and set up a day that we had some time for the cupholder to be replaced. The morning shuttle driver that took us home when we did the cup holder, made it easy for me and my 3 year old. He carried the car seat, helped us to the van and made easy conversation on the ride. When we arrived back we were greeted by name with the paper work ready to be signed. A quick in and out and we were on our way. The car was washed and as clean as we left the interior. More

Paul Reed has been our service rep for several regular maintenance items on our 2001 Tundra. He is always helpful in letting us know what needs to be done today, makes suggestions when something is close maintenance items on our 2001 Tundra. He is always helpful in letting us know what needs to be done today, makes suggestions when something is close to being due and is overall a pleasant person to work with. Last visit, a gasket was leaking on the rear differential so he suggested a drain and fill to correct the issue. He also let us know of other fluids that should be replaced next time we come back in for an oil change. He works with us to get us the best deal and value for all our service visits. This was my 200,000 mile maintenance work and check-up. I brought the Tundra in before 8AM and had the truck back by 5PM -- just like Gary said.
