We are very happy with Toyota and the service we have recieved with Larry Miller's Toyota since we purchased our first Camry in 2003. We're also so happy with coming in for service when it's needed...we recieved with Larry Miller's Toyota since we purchased our first Camry in 2003. We're also so happy with coming in for service when it's needed...we know that we can get the same service somewhere else and pay less for it but we have decided for the most part (with the exception that we get our tires with Discount Tires since we have been customers of theirs for 24 years) that we will continue servicing our cars with you. We love the atmosphere, the comfortable setting, the option for sitting and waiting for the car in an invironment that is so comfortable, inviting and even "fun" since I love popcorm so much! =) This last visit was extra good because Scott Fields was able to give me details about some parts of my car that no one else has ever been able to do--which I sooo appreciated! Little things which make my driving experience nicer simply because i know about them now. =) And, I like the idea that he is the "go to" person if I have any proplems with my car he told me to call him for whatever I might need which I also appreciate knowing. Wait time was a little slow - 3 hours for the first check- up. It was actually much faster when they did the work to repair a few days later. All the parts weren't ordered so I have to come back in f check- up. It was actually much faster when they did the work to repair a few days later. Mike was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Mike also took the time to help explain to me some maintenance issues that had been recommended from another shop once my vehicle was completed. Scott Fields is the reason for my very positive rating of your dealership. I really have no idea about the quality of the work done (I had an oil change and a wheel alignment). Regarding the cost, I suppose your dealership. I really have no idea about the quality of the work done (I had an oil change and a wheel alignment). Regarding the cost, I suppose it is average - no better or worse than anywhere else. But, Scott made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I am on oxygen and he knew I had a time limit and he made sure my car was ready in the allotted time. More
We have brought my 2004 Toyota Tacoma in to Liberty Toyota three times for maintenance. Each time it has been serviced, Gary has promptly called to explain what they found, what needs to be done to fi Toyota three times for maintenance. On only one occasion did the repair take over a few hours, and my wife and I were very satisfied with our experience there. We will continue to bring my Toyota to Gary whenever it needs work. Sean H.
