I really appreciated Mike's care and thoroughness in determining what needed to be done -- and what did not. I returned to Liberty Toyota after having a disillusioning experience with a repair shop tha determining what needed to be done -- and what did not. The work you did ended up costing me $500 less than what I had been quoted by the other guys. I'm back! More

He was very helpful when it came to brand of tires, and giving me the price breakdown. He scheduled me the next day for service and was very prompt at answering my questions. My wait was very short when I came to the dealership. I was greeted by Jacob (?), Bryson, and Fred. I was also very impressed that Mr. Olson knew who I was as soon as I came in!! Great service! Bryson provided great service from start to finish. He was quick and efficient when servicing the vehicle. Bryson was so friendly and made me very confident in his work. This was the first oil change in years that I came away from the service that my car did not make noise or shake. The car rides so smooth now and I will definitely be back to have work done by Bryson. I would recommend this service to any one of my friends who live in the area! Joey is always so nice and trustworthy, which is VERY important in todays ecomomy. As I said in the first survey, Jacob met me at the car, showed me around the dealership, said it would be right about an hour for the oil change ~ and it was! Mike Mcgee did a great job of handling my problem. He explained exactly what has been the cause and the course of action needed for the repair.
