Paul is a person of integrity, honest, friendly, treat the customers with respect, someone you can completely trust when he tells you, your car need something done!! When I arrived for my appointment, I was able to drive right in and was greeted nicely. About one week later, my car would not start. The service department sent out a technician to jump start my car and then received me into the service department right away. Very good experience with Liberty Toyota service department. Autumn Surbeck was the service adviser. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Service appear to have been done exactly right and on time; no issues there. Everyone was very friendly. Cost for timing belt and some other 90K mile work was actually below the independent service estimates I had obtained. So, the lesson learned for me was the dealerships are NOT always more expensive. My Tundra has only needed oil changes but they always take the time to check everything on my vehicle and if any fluids need topped off, like the washer fluid, they do it without charge. I also get a clean vehicle back when they are finished. This dealership starts with great customer service when selecting a vehicle, best pricing, and great service after the sale. I have been to their dealerships in both Colorado and Arizona and believe the culture of this company is at the pinnacle of sales and customer service. More

I made an appiontment to have some work done to my Tacoma. All services were rendered on as origonally contracted even with the additional work performed. Being self employed, my time is very valuable and I feel Liberty Toyota took care of my needs without wasting my time which I can't say of other dealerships in Colorado Springs. My girlfriend uses Liberty Toyota and has had good dealings as well. Overall I feel my needs were met and I don't feel ripped off I WILL return for morew services. More
