To start with, someone comes to greet you, then the staff makes sure have a service representative who will make sure you are aligned with them from beginning to end. The dealership itself is great. Great atmosphere, lots of seating areas, as well as a child's play area. They do a great job to make your time there a most pleasant one. I have a small daughter who is thrilled when I tell her we are going to Toyota. We would highly recommend them. More
