I have owned Toyotas for 15 years, have purchased from dealers in 3 different states and had my vehicles serviced at Toyota dealers in 4 different states from California to Georgia. My first experience w dealers in 3 different states and had my vehicles serviced at Toyota dealers in 4 different states from California to Georgia. My first experience with Jon Reynolds at Larry H. Miller Toyota was far and away the best, most professional, most courteous and best prepared I have ever had… I was the first appointment of the day. The doors to the incredibly clean service induction bays opened 5 minutes early and Jon was there to greet me. He welcomed me and was very pleasant (it was 6:55 AM). I immediately felt good about choosing this dealer to provide my first service in my new home state of Colorado. The information gathering process was quick and efficient. Jon had a tablet with software / wireless access to the Toyota Service database, allowing us to stay at my vehicle for the in-processing and vehicle data gathering. The process was quick, yet thorough. Jon asked what service I needed (to ensure he fully captured all of my expectations), then proceeded to explain the service process and what all they would be inspecting on my vehicle (in addition to the requested service). They even performed a windshield inspection, looking for rock chips or other issues which may be a problem at a later date. The service was done quickly and cleanly. Jon provided a thorough briefing of the services performed, what the they found on the overall vehicle inspection and recommended actions. The entire process was courteous and I left feeling like this dealership really respected my time and appreciated me as a new customer. Overall, tis is the best service experience I have had to date….even left me a thank you note in my car. I also received a follow-up "thank you" e-mail from Jon the next morning… I have found a new partner for my automotive servicing needs! More
Experience was great. I was a last minute walk in, oil change and wheel alignment. Keno I was wonderful, he kept checking on me and my children to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. Noah assisted me with my service and followed through with all my concerns by providing me a complete list of items that would correct my concerns. Some service was more expensive than I thought it should be but your dealership honored the coupons I printed from the Toyota website. I really appreciated that Noah offered the Oil Change package for $75 and the solutions he offered to balance what I could afford and what needed to be serviced. I agreed to all the recommendations and I am very pleased with the results. Because of the service I received from start to finish and peace of mind that everything has been identified and corrected, I know I will continue to use your dealership when I have my Toyota Tacoma serviced.
