To start with, someone comes to greet you, then the staff makes sure have a service representative who will make sure you are aligned with them from beginning to end. The dealership itself is great. Great atmosphere, lots of seating areas, as well as a child's play area. They do a great job to make your time there a most pleasant one. I have a small daughter who is thrilled when I tell her we are going to Toyota. We would highly recommend them. More

It was our 1st time at the dealership, and Scott made it a great experience. He checked to make sure that our car didn't have any open recalls and a quick engine and tire check. I was surprised at the inexpensive oil changes (and bonus car wash with each service). We plan on heading back to LHM with our oil change and giving LHM a try for servicing our car.
