Upon arrival we were warmly greeted (as always), our car was prepped, and our service advisor, Paul Reed, was on his way to meet us. In addition to an oil change we requested that a damaged tire pressure measurement sensor be replaced. Instead of replacing the sensor, maintenance repaired it which saved us a lot of $$$. Paul called us a short time later with the money saving news and said our car was done and could be picked up any time. We brought the car in to Liberty and right away Francis took care of us. The car needed to be checked out and have different things replaced several times to finally get to the root problem. All along the way, Francis was great and kept us updated. Eventually, when our business needed more attention than normal, the people at Liberty Toyota even came to pick up the car and return it when it was finished. That’s service at it’s best.
