Justin promised the oil change would take 1-1.25 hours. It took 1.5 hours. Not bad for you guys as it seems to take alot longer than usually promised. In each of these cases the car had been finished 30 mins or more and I was just sitting there waiting for nothing. I bitched each time to the head service person. He must be trained to say he is sorry, but things did not get better until lately. You are a high volumn dealership and it shows!!!! My lexus, jeep and even my subaru service was more friendly and customer oriented. The Boulder jeep people even came out to their waiting room and kept me appraised as to where everything stood. You should hire their female serice manager, can't think of her name (I think it is Irene). She is very good. Too bad their cars are not as good as yours. if they were I would be driving a jeep. Your salesman Wayne Lewis is very good. I am not sure how many cars I have bought from him. Better keep him around. More

As usual, when we arrived at the Service Department, there was Mike Valois ready to handle our service. He prepared our paperwork and gave us an estimate on how long it would take to complete the 5000 m there was Mike Valois ready to handle our service. When we explained that we had a conflict due to another important personal appointment Mike arranged for Shuttle Service for us. We were able to accomplish our personal business and maintenance on our new Highlander simultaneously. Everything went very well. This recent experience is typical of the service Mike provides and a major reason why we continue to deal with Boulder Toyota. More

I always know what I am getting when I work with Dale... I know the work will be done promptly and correctly. I always recommend that my friends take their Toyotas to Boulder Toyota (even though I live in neighboring Longmont, which has it own Toyota dealership!) The service in Boulder is consistently excellent and I rely heavily on knowing that my truck is well-maintained. At 150,000 miles, I need to know that my truck will run every day. No matter what. So why take it anywhere else? :) More
I've been a customer of Boulder Toyota since I purchased my first Toyota Land Cruiser in January, 1982. During most of this time, I've worked with Dale Baker as my service adviser. I currently have a 1998 Toyota Land Cruiser (150,000) miles that is in showroom condition. Dale and team have helped me keep it this way. My goal is to have a car that is available 100% of the time. This means that every time I want to use it, it starts and runs reliably and all of its capabilities and features work. To date, all of the 6 Toyota vehicles I've purchased since 1982 have been serviced at Boulder Toyota and all have met this goal ... there's never been one moment in the last 29 years that any of my Toyota vehicles have failed. I attribute this to the regular maintenance completed at Boulder Toyota. I bring my vehicle to Boulder Toyota for service because I trust the service team to complete all of the required service work with the highest quality. The service staff is competent and helpful, the facility is clean, the customer waiting area is comfortable and accommodates computers. I could take my vehicle to any of the area independent garages. Several times I've needed to do this and the experience was less than desirable. When I service my vehicle at Boulder Toyota, I am totally confident that the work will be completed with the highest quality, the most consideration for my car, and the best experience for myself. Since we purchased our camry, each time I have had an occasion to take the car in for service, I have been happy with the way I have been treated. My only trips to the dealership thus far have been for routine services and I feel, each time I leave with the car that it is in tiptop shape. This gives me the impression that should I ever need to have major repairs to the car, it will be done correctly and to my satisfaction. You do make me feel that I and my Camry are important to you!
