The staff in the service department appears to not care. I have waited in line to check in for over 15 minutes. I have scheduled an appointment and my car has sat in their lot for over an hour before work I have waited in line to check in for over 15 minutes. I have scheduled an appointment and my car has sat in their lot for over an hour before work was begun (my gps notifies me when my car moves). They will not honor recommendations by Toyota for vehicles driven in adverse conditions (dirt roads, extreme cold, etc). The waiting room is low standard compared to others I have been in. Now that my Toyota care is over I will be going to a different Toyota dealership. I have an extended warranty for door dings and they wouldn’t even look at it or recommend a place for me to go look at it. More
Had our 4Runner serviced and oil changed for $1700. The car began to leak oil due to bad oil cap. They claimed based on a car fax that the car had the oil changed again two weeks after they serviced The car began to leak oil due to bad oil cap. They claimed based on a car fax that the car had the oil changed again two weeks after they serviced it in a location over 1000 miles away and therefore they were not responsible. The service provider on the car fax even called and informed the service manager that they had never serviced the car and it was an error on the car fax. They were very rude, dismissive and I believe dishonest in their dealings. Would never ever trust them. Don’t go there. More
