Wayne Lewis - an excellent salesperson at Boulder Toyota My initial visit was for service, but It turned out that fixing my car wasn't really reasonable, So my next visit was a sales visit, looking for a use My initial visit was for service, but It turned out that fixing my car wasn't really reasonable, So my next visit was a sales visit, looking for a used car, and after some exploring, the newer models seemed like a possibility, so I'm really answering for all three options below - service, sales-new and sales-used. I had a Highlander and LOVED it until the transmission quit on me. I was looking for something a little smaller like the RAV4, hoping to improve the ONLY thing I didn't love about my Highlander - the fuel efficiency. I worked with Wayne Lewis, and he met with me several times at my request to help narrow down my choices. We looked and drove and drove and looked some more, and I kept going back and forth between wanting just another Highlander and wanting to find something with significantly better fuel efficiency, I also couldn't decide between getting an older, less expensive vehicle and getting a brand new car with no worries about any major repairs anywhere on the horizon. It was enough to drive a salesperson crazy. But Wayne stuck with me and kept trying to find what I was looking for, even though it changed so frequently. We looked at a LOT of cars. Wayne definitely stood out from the crowd of salesman at other dealerships, and even from some of the other salespeople at Boulder Toyota. He was patient and calm, genuinely friendly, not overly chatty, and never did that obnoxious overzealous fake-bonding thing so many other salespeople do. He did not pounce on every potential new customer. He seemed to understand that customers will come to the salesperson when they are ready. Wayne answered my endless questions patiently and professionally. He did not spew the complete list of features on every model we walked past. He listened to me and provided the information that was appropriate for me, He didn't seem to mind going on numerous test drives with me. He was eager to help me find the right car for my needs and suggested several different options. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with and I will definitely find him again when the time comes. THANK YOU WAYNE ! Also, thank you very much to Rork Marney in Service (with the Brown Team) for his compassion in delivering the news that my Highlander was not going to make it, and for introducing me to Wayne. The woman in the express department first told me its illegal, then she said it would take too much time and it would cost me money. Eventually a nice manager, Jason, fixed the situation and got someone to correct the issue in under 5 minutes! Thanks Jason, you were great, too bad the rest of the "express team" was horrible to say the least. More
