One overlooked check was the condition of the cabin air filter which proved to be extremely dirty and so was replaced. This attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The only down note was that the service took about 10 minutes longer than initially estimated. In future, a completion time range (minimum, maximum) would be appreciated to aid more careful planning.
