I've been a customer of Boulder Toyota since I purchased my first Toyota Land Cruiser in January, 1982. During most of this time, I've worked with Dale Baker as my service adviser. I currently have a 1998 my first Toyota Land Cruiser in January, 1982. During most of this time, I've worked with Dale Baker as my service adviser. I currently have a 1998 Toyota Land Cruiser (150,000) miles that is in showroom condition. Dale and team have helped me keep it this way. My goal is to have a car that is available 100% of the time. This means that every time I want to use it, it starts and runs reliably and all of its capabilities and features work. To date, all of the 6 Toyota vehicles I've purchased since 1982 have been serviced at Boulder Toyota and all have met this goal ... there's never been one moment in the last 29 years that any of my Toyota vehicles have failed. I attribute this to the regular maintenance completed at Boulder Toyota. I bring my vehicle to Boulder Toyota for service because I trust the service team to complete all of the required service work with the highest quality. The service staff is competent and helpful, the facility is clean, the customer waiting area is comfortable and accommodates computers. I could take my vehicle to any of the area independent garages. Several times I've needed to do this and the experience was less than desirable. When I service my vehicle at Boulder Toyota, I am totally confident that the work will be completed with the highest quality, the most consideration for my car, and the best experience for myself. More

Since we purchased our camry, each time I have had an occasion to take the car in for service, I have been happy with the way I have been treated. They give me the impression that they want me to enjoy occasion to take the car in for service, I have been happy with the way I have been treated. They give me the impression that they want me to enjoy my auto and give it the care that they would want if it were their auto. My only trips to the dealership thus far have been for routine services and I feel, each time I leave with the car that it is in tiptop shape. This gives me the impression that should I ever need to have major repairs to the car, it will be done correctly and to my satisfaction. You do make me feel that I and my Camry are important to you! Great job! Came in for 3 month oil change and rotation. Everything was taken care of as expected. Recalls were pointed out and discussed (I knew about one from another source, was pleased that recall was discussed a was taken care of as expected. I am always pleased with the service department. They are always on time when I drop off my car and very courteous. They always answer any questions I may have and I trust their expertise. I did not have an appointment that day but was still able to get my car in on a busy Saturday. Even though Jennefer did not get my car in until 3:00, she stayed on it and made sure my car was finished and ba to get my car in on a busy Saturday. Even though Jennefer did not get my car in until 3:00, she stayed on it and made sure my car was finished and back to be by the end of the day. I was concerned about the safety of driving my car due to a few issues I was having and she was able to make certain that my car was finished and safe to drive. Thanks! More

You can't imagine how long it takes us customers, years and years, to find what has been put together at Boulder Toyota Scion. The customer service and repair work is solid; done right the first time, eve and years, to find what has been put together at Boulder Toyota Scion. I trust my vehicle will be expertly maintained; and I actually save money by never going anywhere else, even for an oil change. It's experiences somewhere else that make us all wary of service shops. When we finally figure out these folks at Boulder Toyota Scion always do us right, we're in for life. More
