Larry Miller came through with fast oil change, tire rotatio Need to change my original appointment, which they did with no questions asked. When I came in for my new appointment, I had another appointment 90 m Need to change my original appointment, which they did with no questions asked. When I came in for my new appointment, I had another appointment 90 minutes later. They accommodated me and had me out in less than 60 minutes for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Service adviser was very friendly and helpful. More

A Saturday Afternoon Emergency Warning A hot Saturday afternoon I was out on the road and suddenly the emergency warning light with a flashing read care and exclamation point appeared. The book said to have it woes to be serviced, which I did. In the tow truck we arrived at 5:00 pm and was able to get the car into the lot and sign paper work. My sister was with me with her luggage as I had been taking her to the shuttle to get to the airport, We had no ride to Longmont. When I asked about the nearest bus stop, Wayne volunteered to take us to Longmont. What a great guy. The repair work, broken water pump etc., was explained and promptly completed. Your shuttle picked me up at the scheduled time and I had my Prius back and running. thank you so much. More
Always In the know Took my Prius in for its 90,000 mile checkup. This was a big one that requires a lot of things to be done/changed. Dropping off the car was quick. Soon after I got to my office, I got a call from the tech saying I needed to have a belt replaced that was not part of the checkup. He let me know what was needed, why it was needed and the additional cost. This is what I love about having my car serviced at Larry H. Miller Toyota (which is not where I bought the car, by the way). They always keep you in the loop on what's being done and what needs to be done BEFORE they preform the work. No surprises when I went to pick up my car and, as usual, it was ready earlier than they had told me they'd be finished. The techs are always friendly, informative and punctual. Great service. More

List of customers shown me when I arrived DID NOT have me on it even though I had scheduled the service a week in advance. Last time in for service my wife waited for (2) hours without anyone coming to tell her the work was done. She inquired and they rushed the car through in 10 minutes and DID NOT change the oil (I looked at it when my wife got home - still dirty). A very poor experience. I told Melanie of this and she reacted well and made sure this service was done properly. I have been unable to get service thru' Chris Doerschlag as I used to. Scheduling process with Larry Miller is poor and the on-line scheduling did not work. A vote for Melanie and a vote against the servicing appointment process. Thanks for asking. John Bultena More
