Awesome experience in getting my RAV4 back into good working order. Jennifer Saunders, Service advisor, and Kevin, assigned technician, kept me informed of the progress being made in solving the probl working order. Rodents had chewed six of the wires, Kevin had the wires repaired shortly after discovering the issue and had me on my way. Jennifer kept me informed of the progress being made. They both were were very congenial and professional. Larry Miller Toyota is fortunate to have Jennifer and Kevin on their staff. I will definitely use this dealership in the future if the need arises. More

Easy Breezy Recall work - Zero cost to me. I finally got around to taking my 2010 Prius in for 3 recall items. I called to make an appointment. Since parts were needed, they needed to have the I finally got around to taking my 2010 Prius in for 3 recall items. I called to make an appointment. Since parts were needed, they needed to have them before the work could be done. Made an appointment for about a week out at 10:45 am. I arrived a few minutes early and intake was pleasant and the estimated time for completion was between 3 and 4 pm. I also made an appointment with a sales person to look a new cars. See separate review on that. I received a call at 3:02pm that the work had been completed. I told them that I would be in on Saturday to pickup the car. Saturday morning I picked up the car and all the work had been completed with zero issues. There was still a plastic cover on the seat and a paper liner on the floor letting me know that they took care not to get my car dirty during the repair work. More

First, they told me that it takes an hour to diagnose the problem, but after 4 hours waiting they told me that diagnosing will take a while and I should go home. The day after that they called me at noon and said they need one more day, the third day they said they changed one part, but the problem wasn’t solved so they had to order another part from another state, so I had to wait more. They said there is still a problem with the car and I should avoid driving it since it may collapse any time, but they never offered me a free rental car, a service I normally receive any time I have taken my car to a repair center). They also never called to update me. After two weeks I got my car and after one hour driving I realized that not only the problem had not been fixed, but it even got worse and I could hear new noises, which means they gave me the car without even test driving it, which could have jeopardized my life. Later I realized they had ordered a wrong part (or the warranty company had sent them a wrong one), and they had installed it carelessly and damaged two other parts of the car (wheel bearing and hub) which were in good condition before their repair. When I took my car to another mechanic center (due to losing my trust in Boulder Toyota), they told me what had happened and fixed the car, which cost me $1300. After I got back to Toyota Service Center, they asked me to give them two days to investigate about what had happened and then they would cut the check. The service manager, Andre Alire, admitted that the part was incorrect, and it was their mistake to install it, and that their employees shouldn’t have given me my car without testing it first. One week later, they changed their tune and told me that they’ll try to talk to the warranty company to take the money from them. Anyway, after two months they said because I took my car to another mechanic they cannot accept any responsibility. They never even cared to call me to share their progress on the follow up, I had to go to the center in person every time I wanted to talk to them to make sure I get some answer other than we’re working on it. This is the first time I see such carelessness and irresponsibility in a service center, and I thought I should let other people know about it. More

The GM Jarred gets cc’d on all emails sent through dealer rater. He responded Rock never did, Jared assured me he wouldn’t eat me taken care of and that he forwarded my email to the service managers. He said they should be contacting me but never did. I tried to follow up with Jarred 3 times and never got any contact from anyone. More

Only one thing that bugged me was a guy who was rude- my truck barely made it there- another service guy told me that guy's behavior was unacceptable, but things happen- didn't take it personally. Can't complain too much because the cost was covered under warranty. Also, Service got me in when I drove there which was at 5:00 pm the Wednesday before and they close at 6 pm. The service desk is very hard for someone to pick up when you call, but they must have been very busy. More

Nicole spent a good 20+ minutes on hold with the Carvana's insurance to help me file a claim and save me some money. Then another hour+ off and on on the details. Despite being extremely busy at the time (not exaggerating as she was handling multiple service tasks / customers and on multiple simultaneous phone calls + skipping lunch), she didn't give me a hard time about it at all. Very genuine and pleasant person. However much she's getting paid, she should be getting paid more. Highly recommend. More
