I called Jarred Black, General Manager of Larry H. Miller Boulder twice and did not get through to him. I left two messages and never heard back, after two weeks. I no longer need to hear back because I called Total Care Auto by Landcor who authorized using another dealer. Stevinson Toyota West promptly took care of everything providing excellent customer service, my new dealer of choice.
