Larry Miller's service department continues to suffer because they fail to put their customer's first. I would not take a vehicle off this lot it they gave it to me for free. Their service is really this bad! More

I bought a used 2013 Toyota 4Runner from Larry Miller in Dec 2019. It was supposed to come with a primary and secondary key, but the one the spare they gave me actually belonged to another 4Runner. I neve Dec 2019. It was supposed to come with a primary and secondary key, but the one the spare they gave me actually belonged to another 4Runner. I never got my second key, but Greg, my salesman said not to worry about it. I had a year to get a replacement key at no cost. This actually wasn't true. I paid for the replacement key through their after market maintenance package, along with some other services that were misrepresented. I am still able to get my replacement key, but it requires Larry Miller to order it. They will not return my email or email so it's been very frustrating. I'd rate the customer service as inadequately poor and hope someone will respond before my maintenance expires. I also recommend everyone reading the fine print before the final sale. They conveniently calculated the coast of all the after market maintenance and services package into my original loan, which wasn't ever requested. I would've purchased some of the added service anyway but they weren't upfront about it. More
My first visit was exceptional. Rork helped me immediately, he called a Lyft to take me to work, and the service was completed within the time frame I requested. Only a few months after purchasing the vehicle both the head gasket and turbo blew. After taking it to a certified and highly credible mechanic in town, I was made aware that the head gasket had very clearly been failing for an extended period of time and that the dealership would have easily seen this with the most basic of inspections: “Based on inspection the vehicle has been leaking from the head gasket for quite some time. There is dried coolant residue coagulated on the bottom side of the cylinder head mating surfaces that indicates thousands of miles in this condition. Here's the estimate of repairs to submit to the dealership, and here's my credentials when they bark back about it.” Essentially - this dealership sold me a lemon and refused to buy back the car after confirming for themselves that the value of the car was, in fact, "next to nothing." After a long battle to get a small portion of that money back, my only option was to purchase a new vehicle through them (as the insurance companies wouldn't approve another used vehicle loan). When it was all said and done, I lost over $5,000 from this purchase, which I had to roll over into the new car loan. And then today, I returned to the dealership to get the window tinting done that I had paid for at the time of purchase. On the day of purchase, my salesman Mark told me they did not have time to do the tinting and I would need to make an appointment to have it done at a later date. Well, today was that day and apparently it was "already done." With absolutely no evidence of it being completed after I purchased it I requested a refund but was immediately refused. The highly knowledgeable general manager was kind enough to verify that the computer said "completed" so, therefore, it must have been. This company first sold me a lemon, taking several thousands of dollars from me, and then scammed me into purchasing a feature for the new car that already existed; the car that I didn't want nor could afford to buy and am now still struggling to pay for. Seriously, shop elsewhere. More
Unfortunately, I have not received any support from Charles after communicating for 4 months regarding a refund for a part covered under warranty. Very angry. Charles after communicating for 4 months regarding a refund for a part covered under warranty. Very angry. More
Terrible service, almost ruined my car I put my car in for a routine service on 1/20/2020. When I got it back, I noticed that the glove box was on the floor of the car. I installed myself. I put my car in for a routine service on 1/20/2020. When I got it back, I noticed that the glove box was on the floor of the car. I installed myself. Then after 5 minute on US36, the front hood light turned on. I immediately get off the highway and found the hood was not locked completely. I can deal with all of those myself, so I did not complain. Then yesterday, when I was getting my car in a brake service at Brake Plus, they told me the engine air filter was missing. I was so pissed and called Boulder Toyota service manager and left a message. Not getting any reply from him yet. I am going to file a complaint at Toyota headquarter. Not sure if I can expect anything. I have been servicing my car there for the last 5 years. More
Erik is incredible and extremely helpful with my quirky car. I purchased a 1994 Toyota MR2 from overseas (Japan) and finding parts for it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I called several other dealers and I purchased a 1994 Toyota MR2 from overseas (Japan) and finding parts for it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I called several other dealers and nobody wanted to help find parts for it. Erik was a breath of fresh air and helped me find parts that otherwise I would have been stuck without. I have worked in the car business for many years and Erik's customer service skills and willingness to help are a complete 180 from what I am used to when dealing with parts departments for many dealerships all over the state. Great job Erik! I will be sending everyone to you including our dealerships business to you personally. More
