I recently took my vehicle to have warranty service performed for my blind spot monitoring which would be covered by my extended warranty. This part was already replaced 9 months ago under my paid ext performed for my blind spot monitoring which would be covered by my extended warranty. This part was already replaced 9 months ago under my paid extended warranty. However this time, they charged me around $250 and said my warranty would not cover the work since they did not replace anything, even though the sensor was erroring. When I shared my frustration about this, they said "I have to pay my technician for their time". Not great customer service in my opinion and I would not send anyone here for service unless they had their existing standard toyota warranty. Poor customer service Corwin. More
I had an issue with the engine and it was misdiagnosed and I called several times and got no reply from the service agent or the service manager. In the end I traded in the car which had less than 60000 and I called several times and got no reply from the service agent or the service manager. In the end I traded in the car which had less than 60000 miles and got a new Toyota from Stapp. Your service was so bad I will never do business with you again and I have shared my story with friends and family . My niece bought a brand new rag 4 from Stapp because of my experience with you. More
