Service Tech was rude. Car was promised in 4-5 hours, when I came in after 6 hours, Service Tech told me my car was being worked on. I asked how that could be as it was still sitting in the same spot I parked it. He then said that he meant that they were working on getting it in the shop for the service. I asked why I was told 4-5 hours, and it was 6 at this point and the car was not even in the shop. Service Tech became gruff and said he didn't know why I was told 4-5 hours. He seemed to blame me for the failure to have the car service completed. Very disappointed in the Service Tech. Was not my fault that I was promised the car would be serviced in 4-5 hours and then it wasn't even started after 6 hours. More
I had a problem with the measurements on my brakes. One time it was low, then higher then lower then higher again. I have tried to get them to look at this again. When I arrive to check in for service, there are 2 sides with 3 people in line. The had 5 people checking in on one side and 2 on the other. They had me wait 15 minutes for 1 of the 2 to free up .
