I have spoken with service in reference to the COST of service being different between the quote and overall cost. It does look like the quotes were going out without the cost of labor included. We are extremely sorry to hear about your experience in service. If you purchased a package, everything in that package should be completed each time, and if not explained to the customer why not. I have spoken to the Service Manager, and he is aware of what happened, and your account has been noted to avoid this issue in the future. the Service representative I spoke with (who was very kind & competent) said this was an on going problem..not something new. I suggest getting a NEW system. The current does not simply " need a fix"!! It does NOT WORK, at all. No phone messaging, no texting, no digital updates. COMPLETELY worthless!!!

It was never said that it was a "NEW" issue. It was stated we are aware of the issue and are working with the Telephone Company. Getting a NEW system is what we are working on, however Corwin cannot install the system the local phone company must. In addition, living in Boulder we need to have all plans approved by Boulder County. It sounds as though you may know how to change the current system. If so please lert me know who to contact. Thank you!

Correct, any new Contruction, which would be needed to change out the current phone lines must be approved by Boulder. As every part of our New Build was. I am unsure why you think a dealership controls the phone lines. Once again, we understand our system is outdated. We are in the process of changing it. I am unsure why you think this is an issue fixed quickly.
