It took 3 hours for a scheduled oil change. There was no update and I was left in the dark basically the whole time. I took my car in for servicing and they have a new system where you pull into the garage and the service tech is supposed to come to you. I waited over 5 minutes and finally the greeter suggested i go insid where you pull into the garage and the service tech is supposed to come to you. I waited over 5 minutes and finally the greeter suggested i go inside since no one was coming out. Once inside there were 7 services reps sitting around, not one offered to help. Finally I got someones attention and he wrote up the service order Then an hour later I received a text notice that my car needed brake pads and new rotors, I was quoted a price of $399.00, which I okayed. Right before I picked up my car I received a call and said they made a mistake on the price and it would be another $200.00. Today I received an email asking for a review, which I was eager to give but you can't even log onto the review. It says the page is no longer available. Indicative of a very poorly run dealership. I wasn't impressed that the fact they did not rotate my tires, when my service included a rotation. it's only when I got back to work I had noticed they did not rotate them. I had to bring the car back in the next day to prove it, and indeed they did not rotate them. No one was really apologetic, in fact workers laughed when the mechanics name was mentioned. Was told to wait 20 min and about 40 min later my car was ready. All I got out of that was a free car wash. Always chalk your tires before getting them "rotated". I bought a package deal so unfortunately I have to use them again for my next oil change/rotation. Hope it goes better. More

I scheduled my appointment for 1:30 on a Saturday. I needed some items looked at in addition to my routine maintenance under warranty. The tire rotation took 2 hours and the other items need to be res I needed some items looked at in addition to my routine maintenance under warranty. The tire rotation took 2 hours and the other items need to be rescheduled at a later date. So frustrating that I have to come back when I set up an appointment for all of it. Seriously two hours for a scheduled tire rotation is frustrating. More
Brought my car in to have runner boards put on my 4Runner. Right from the get go these guys were so disappointing. * I pulled in and told that I had an appointment to install runner boards that I pu 4Runner. The walked to a service representative that was working with another employee. Meanwhile 4 other windows were open and no one asked me if I needed help. One gal was handing out donuts to the other reps. Finally get help at the window and the guy said you’re not ready for an oil change yet but we can check on this and that. I repeated to him that I had an appointment 15 minutes to install running boards. He was confused and walked me back to the parts department. The guy at the parts department was rude to his own fellow employee, but started to help me. Basically they were trying figure out what was going on, but wait a sales walks with a customer and interupts in mid sentence and my guy starts working with. After that was over, I told that was rude and why was his more important than mine. “Sorry sir but he was with a potential new buyer” He then said I am going to take you back over to customer service and Amy (donut girl) is going to take care of you. We started over and I started get frustrated and asked questions why this so difficult. She snapped back at me and said I am trying to help you. This is what happens when you do such high volume like us. “I am done with you guys, give me my car back now.” Later that day I got a voicemail and text message from the service department manager apologizing and offering to make it right. He asked me to call him back right away and will get this corrected. I called him and got voicemail but a text asking if he can call me right back. 3 hours later I responded to his text “ don’t bother. I immediately get a phone call back which I let go to voicemail. No message. I have to take a precious half day off from work for this? I live in Boulder and purchased my car from them and I will never take my car there again. Instead, there is a wonderful dealer in Frederick that knows what customer service is. More
They didn’t check me in for service correctly, and when they error was realized, I was informed they closed in 10 minutes and had to come back the next day.
