I am generally satisfied with the service at Corwin Toyota. However, I do not understand why a 10:30 AM service appointment (which I met) did not begin processing for nearly 2 hours. Extremely poor communication and service. Brought three month old car in for first service appointment and to check low pressure on a tire. Was given a number to call or text with questions Brought three month old car in for first service appointment and to check low pressure on a tire. Was given a number to call or text with questions - no one answered the phone or texts. Called the general service phone number, no answer a number of different times. Finally got ahold of someone saying it needed a new tire that would be in Monday by 5 p.m. Called and texted Tuesday to see if it was ready - no response. Again, called general service number, no one answered. Called again and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then told the car was ready for pickup. Got to the dealership to find the spare tire still on the car. No one knew what was going on in service, so we just took the car and went to Firestone. This doesn't even cover the "first service" issues of the estimate saying the car had over 9000 miles and needed new cabin and engine air filters when the car has 5200 miles on it. I've never encountered such a screwed up service department - expected to go there and see one worker running around trying to get everything done - instead found 10 people hanging around talking and no one knowing or caring about customer service. Bought the car in Wisconsin and very disappointed that this is the closest Toyota dealership to where I live in Colorado. More

The oil change waiting time has been painfully slow -- the staff promised about 1.5 hours but actually held me wait there for about 2 hours 15 minutes.. Service rep would not answer the phone or return calls. I received a text message with a link to the inspection report. I had some questions about some of the items but was never able to talk to my service I received a text message with a link to the inspection report.
