The service itself was great. However, now that they have two shuttles instead of booking as Lyft, there is no time estimate for pick-up. I was supposed to be picked up at 3. At 3:30 I tried calling but no one answered or would ask me to hold just to be disconnected. At 4:00 someone finally answered and said I was scheduled but the shuttles were busy. I was finally picked up at 4:25. The driver was very nice, but this caused me to delay evening plans and was stressful not knowing when to leave. More

The Sales process at Corwin has always been fine, but the service department, with a large and brand new building has always been understaffed, slow, and communicates poorly. I had to wait 10 minutes just to get to a desk to tell them who I was and why I was there. Then they told me my oil change was going to be at least 2 hours...which ended up actually being 5+ hours. I could understand that timeline if I was a drop in customer, but I had an appointment for basic service that is covered under the contract I purchased with my vehicle...5 Hours is just too long. Either schedules less appointments each day, or staff accordingly. Now that my contracted number of service appts has expired, i will definitely be taking my car to a local, more attentive, and affordable mechanic. More

I'm comfortable with the service I received at Corwin. I don't care to wait unless I'm getting an oil change. They took me home to Golden.
