Eddy was great, when I arrived I was notified the wait time was over double the usual time. He was able to get my car serviced and out the door in the standard wait time. My car was fixed in stated time. However, someone messed with the air conditioning sytem to set it to High!? so it was Heating my car! Parts that were ordered were used up by the time I arrived for my appointment. I had to get a ride from home that screwed up my day. It was just a Fob replacement. The service center was great. They were on top of all of the options, suggestions for upgrades, and were prompt with scheduling our upgrades and letting us know when the parts we They were on top of all of the options, suggestions for upgrades, and were prompt with scheduling our upgrades and letting us know when the parts were in. We were so happy with them that we will be scheduling additional service for other cars with them. Since there is no other place to write concerns, I will use this section. Ben Ochsner was horrible. No clue what he was doing, was not fully listening to our wants/needs, and overall was lost in all aspects of his job. To the point that we are very doubtful to come back to Corwin. We were in the dealership for 10.5 total hours over two days AND DID NOT TAKE OUR CAR HOME. We even texted him the second day to confirm that the aftermarkets were added and the car was ready to be brought home. He said yes and we wasted another 3.5 hours to not get a car. Zero accountability, knowledge, or ability to do his job. We have bought 4 Toyota's from Corwin (and former owners) and 2 from Stapp. We will be going to Stapp moving forward. Unfortunate because Beth in finance was incredible and we were so lucky to have her come save the day from the bumbling clown Ben. More
