Mr. Ricardo Hernandez showed me a wonderful Buck that has been just perfect. He was very patient with me and kind, as always. Corwin Toyota service is very BAD. I made an appt. for a recall and when I showed up, the person taking care of me didn't even acknowledge me and when I checked for the recall appt. th I made an appt. for a recall and when I showed up, the person taking care of me didn't even acknowledge me and when I checked for the recall appt. they hadn't even ordered the part but yet they took my appt. How can you have a recall and schedule an appt. and the person handling the service hadn't even ordered the part. VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO BOULDER. More
My advisors are almost always friendly and helpful. The service suggestions are almost always necessary and affordable. I also almost always get in and out within an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change. Recently though, they’ve started sending home letters about their service commitment with the paperwork and one sentence in particular doesn’t align with the kind of respect I’d hope from service providers and is why I won’t be returning to Corwin in the future: “We understand that your knowledge of your vehicle and it’s necessary repairs is probably not on par with the understanding that your technician has.” It comes off as superior and presumptive. It’s only one sentence, so take that for what it is, but if that’s the culture Corwin is building, I’m not interested in continuing to get serviced here. More
Ridiculously high priced for simple diagnosis. Service team is flat, like going through the motions.
