Rork is the best service representative that I’ve ever had. Even when I have chosen not to purchase my Toyota from other dealerships (for whatever reason) I have chosen Larry Miller Toyota and then stayed had. 4 1/2 hours for an oil change and basic service. Had brakes replaced last year and have had squeaking and noises from day 1, literally as I drove off the lot. After 1 year and multiple service appts later checking it out I was told I just need to upgrade my brake pads as the standard pads just aren't good enough and causing the noise. Have consistently had good service at point of contact but subpar tech service and repairs iffy at best. Was told previously my windshield wipers needed to be replaced when they were brand new from week before, obviously the tech didn't even look and just tried upselling for items not needed. Gives me no faith that anything recommended is actually needed and I question quality of work on everything at this point. More
I waited for 20 plus minutes before anyone checked me in. I even notified an indoor employee of my wait half way through, but still waited more than 10 minutes after that. I had scheduled an appointment in advance, but unfortunately, no one greeted me when I arrived. I waited for about 15 minutes before I decided to go find someone to assist me. After locating someo unfortunately, no one greeted me when I arrived. I waited for about 15 minutes before I decided to go find someone to assist me. After locating someone, it took another 30 minutes or so before my car was moved. Despite the initial inconvenience, the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. More
I’ve never had issues with this dealership before but this particular time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and they did an included inspection and found the power steering wheel was leaking and this particular time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and they did an included inspection and found the power steering wheel was leaking and asked if I wanted it fixed. Normally I save actual work for a trusted mechanic but I needed the vehicle to be functioning for an upcoming trip, so I hesitantly agreed to the work to be done with an agreed upon cost. It wasn’t until the end of the day where they advised it would be an extra $460 for unforeseen work needed related to the repair. They said it was all for labor costs ($225/hr) because one of the threads was damaged. When I asked about what specific labor took two hours to fix, they couldn’t provide specific work that was done. Just that the bolt was seized and needed extra work. This extra work was also done without my approval. All this to say that I was stuck paying an extra fee I was not prepared to pay at a ridiculous rate of labor. I will never bring any vehicle back to this dealership just based on the outrageous cost for a seemingly easy procedure. More
