Yes, if you have the Service rep that stated you didn't need one, please provide that. An appointment is always recommended. If not we don't know if the parts are available or how long it will take your service to be completed!

I accept your apology. However, as I stated in my private response, the woman who answered my call to the service department to set up an appointment was not the only employee who told me an appointment was not needed. Seth also had told me that I did not need to make a when he told me they didn’t have the filter the first time in August. It appears that this is a company policy. I will take your advice and insist on an appointment when I’m told I don’t need one. I also suggest that your company, or at least the Boulder service department change their policy.
