I had a very bad experience getting new brakes. I took time off from work to go to my appointment there and after at least two hours they informed me that they didn’t have anyone who knew how to do I took time off from work to go to my appointment there and after at least two hours they informed me that they didn’t have anyone who knew how to do the work for my 22 Tundra, and or they didn’t have the correct parts. I rescheduled for another appointment as I didn’t have time to get an outside appointment. On the next appointment they also kept me there several hours and the breaks were squeeking. Months later, they still are. I they informed me that I could get them redone under warranty, which I will do when I am within range of a dealer. To sum up- there was a lack of competence, preparedness and appreciation for my time. More
